Our responsibility is to express an opinion on these secretarial records based on our audit. b) We have followed the audit practices and processes that were appropriate to obtain reasonable assurance about the correctness of the contents of the secretarial records. The veri fi cation was done on a test basis to ensure that correct facts are re fl ected in secretarial records. We believe that the processes and practices we followed provide a reasonable basis for our opinion. c) We have not veri fi ed the correctness and appropriateness of fi nancial records and Books of Accounts of the Company. d) Whenever required, we have obtained Management representation about the compliance of laws, rules and regulations and happenings of events etc. We have also veri fi ed the applicable provisions of IEPF which is complied by the Company. e) The Compliance of the provisions of Corporate and other applicable laws, rules and regulations, standards is the responsibility of management.
