TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Offer Eligibility

    1. Entries for the contest will be accepted from 29th Oct 2025 (9:00 AM) up to 30th Nov 2025 (11:59 PM).
    2. Contest will run in the following regions:
      • Hyderabad
      • Bangalore
      • Tirupati
      • Vijayawada
      • Rajahmundry
      • Vizag
    3. Contest is open only to Indian citizens aged 18 years and above.
    4. Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of Heritage Foods Limited (“HFL”) and its affiliates, advertising agencies, partners, or suppliers are not eligible to participate.

  2. How to Participate

    1. To participate in the Heritage Everyday Yummy Contest, participants must:
      • Scan the QR Code on Heritage’s ads/socials to enter the contest microsite.
      • Register with name & contact details.
      • Verify contact number via OTP.
      • Cook a tasty & innovative dish exclusively using Heritage Paneer.
      • Upload the cooking video on the contest site.
      • Submit the entry via the contest site.
    2. HFL reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, plagiarized, offensive, or violate third-party rights.
    3. The top 2 entries from each region will be invited to Hyderabad for an exclusive masterclass with the celebrity chef/influencer.
    4. Winning entries will be awarded prizes as per Clause 3.

  3. Prizes

    1. Prizes are non-transferable, non-encashable, and cannot be exchanged.
    2. HFL reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or higher value without prior notice.

    4. All prizes are subject to applicable taxes under the Income Tax Act, 1961. For prizes exceeding ₹10,000, TDS @30% will apply. Winners must deposit the TDS amount and provide valid KYC documents (including PAN card) before prize distribution.
    5. Any other incidental costs or levies related to the prize shall be borne solely by the winner.
    6. The top 2 participants from Bangalore, Vizag, Vijayawada, Tirupati, and Rajahmundry will be provided travel to Hyderabad for the masterclass.
    7. The 2nd runners-up gift hampers in all six regions will be sent separately to the winners.

  4. Winner Selection

    1. All judging decisions are based on the evaluation criteria set by HFL and the judging panel. These decisions are final, conclusive, and binding on all participants.
    2. Winners will be selected based on originality, creativity, presentation, and effective use of Heritage Paneer. Additional points for elevating everyday dishes using Heritage Paneer.
    3. All decisions of the judging panel, determined solely by HFL, shall be final and binding. Participants waive any right to dispute or challenge the outcome.
    4. If a winner cannot be contacted within 2 days, fails to provide details, or is ineligible, HFL reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select another winner.

  5. Hyderabad Event Disclaimer

    1. HFL will make reasonable arrangements for travel and local conveyance but will not be liable for:
      • Any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage during travel or stay.
      • Any health issues, food allergies, or accidents during the event.
    2. Attendees must arrange their own insurance if required. Participation is entirely at the winner’s own risk.

  6. Publicity

    1. By participating, winners grant HFL the right to use their name, image, video submissions, and likeness for marketing, promotion, and publicity without further compensation.
    2. Participants confirm they have the necessary rights to their content and indemnify HFL against any third-party claims.

  7. Privacy

    1. Participants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.
    2. By entering, participants consent to HFL using their personal data for contest administration and future marketing campaigns.

  8. General Conditions

    1. HFL reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest due to force majeure, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances without liability.
    2. HFL’s decision on all matters relating to the contest shall be final and binding.
    3. The contest is void where prohibited by law.
    4. This contest is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.
    5. By participating, entrants agree they shall not bring any claim or proceeding against HFL in connection with the contest or its outcome.
