Heritage Novandie Foods Limited

Heritage Novandie Foods Limited (formerly known as Heritage Novandie Foods Private Limited) was incorporated on November 28, 2017, as a 50:50 joint venture between Heritage Foods Limited, Hyderabad, and Novandie, France. Its objective is to manufacture and market various types of yogurt and other dairy products in India. The company is registered with the Registrar of Companies in Hyderabad.

Effective August 12, 2025, following the transfer of equity shares from Novandie to Heritage Foods Limited, the shareholding pattern of the company has been revised. Heritage Foods Limited now holds 94.40% and Novandie holds 5.60% of the paid-up share capital.

As a result of this change in shareholding, the company has become a subsidiary of Heritage Foods Limited, as defined by Section 2(87) of the Companies Act, 2013, since Heritage Foods Limited now holds more than 50% of its paid-up share capital.

The registered office of the Company is situated at # Part-C of 3rd floor, H. No. 8-2-293/82/A/1286, Plot No. 1286, Road No. 1 & 65, Jubilee Hills , Hyderabad, Telangana, India – 500033.

The company's plant is situated at Survey No. 13/1, Durves Village, Palghar Tehsil, Thane Zone – 10, Maharashtra – 401 403. Commercial operations began on February 17, 2021.
