Makarand has more than two decades of hands-on experience in Sales and worked in various strategic positions. Prior to this, he was Head Sales in Adani Wilmar (Foods, FMCG and FSD Division); Worked as NSM in Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd (Nutrela Consumer brand division); as NSM in Bunge India Pvt Ltd; as RSM in Hewlett Packard India Sales Pvt Ltd., and as Circle Manager in VST Industries Ltd.
Holds PG Diploma in Rural Management from IRMA – Anand & B.Sc in Dairy Technology from Osmania University. Ram Mohan is a seasoned professional having a diversified and rich experience of more than three decades in Business Leadership roles and has deep domain expertise across Procurement, Sales & Marketing, and Operations in Dairy Sector. He worked as Chief Operation’s Officer, in Mother Dairy Fruits & Vegetables Business; as a Unit Head in District Co Operative Milk Producers Union (Agra, Meerut); as a Regional Sales & Marketing Head in Pradeshik Cooperative Dairy Federation, Delhi Region.
Holds B.E. (EEE)from the Andhra University. L Srinivas is a seasoned professional having diversified and rich in house experience of three decades in Plant Operations, Production, Projects, Procurement and has deep domain expertise across Milk & Milk Products Processing, Packing,and Operations in Dairy Sector. He worked as 13 years as Regional Head of Operations, 9 Years as Plant Manager of Various Heritage Packing Stations; 6 years as an Assistant Manager for Projects & Plant Maintenance functions.
Currently Head HR at Heritage Foods Ltd, responsible for the overall organizational development through people management practices, culture-building initiatives, and developing and strengthening functional leadership capabilities. He joined HFL in 2016 as the Head of Human Resources. With 23 years of work experience. Dheeraj has been responsible for setting up the talent management & HR function for Meritor CVS APAC. He has also worked with JKO Group HR Crompton Greaves in varied key roles in HR. Over the years, his experience includes performance management and improvement, HR digitization, learning & development, talent acquisition, HRD audit, compensation & benefits, career and succession development planning as well as organizational development. Dheeraj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science & MBA HR from Lucknow Univ. and has done PG Diploma in T&D from ISTD, New Delhi.
Holds a Master of Business Administration, Marketing from Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Tiruchirappalli & B.Sc (Maths) from Barkatullah University, Bhopal.
Puneeth has a hands-on experience of 21 years in the field of Marketing. He has previously served as a Director at Innovative Nutrition Solutions; as a Marketing and E-Comm Director (GLF Member) in Indonesia, as Global Innovative Lead, and as Brand Head in India at Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. Additionally, he has held positions such as a Manager for Consumer Insights and Innovations at AB InBev (SAB Miller) and a Research Executive - Quantitative at TNS (Research International).
Holds Masters of Science (M.Sc.) in Dairy Technology from West Bengal University of Animal & Fishery Sciences and Post Graduate Programme in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA).
He has around 25+ years of experience in the Dairy and Food Industries and worked as AGM & Corporate Quality Head in Maahi Milk Producer Company Ltd; as a Joint Manager – QA in Dabur India Ltd.; as Asst. Manager (QMS) & FSTL in Mehsana DCMP Union Ltd (Amul); as a Trainee in SmithKline Beecham Consumer Healthcare Ltd
He has completed MBA from IIM, Indore & B. Tech(Mech.) from IIT, Madras.
He has around 18 years of overall IT experience and worked as Advisor Sales Solutions at DXC Technology; as Delivery Head at Genpact India; as Solution Consultant at IBM India; as Executive – Operations at Saint - Gobain Vetrotex India Ltd.
